“IMMEDIATE LIFE SUPPORT”
Handbook Released.
The book release of the ILS Course Handbook was held on 18th May 2015 in Palai Hall in
Saveetha Medical College.
The Immediate Life Support Course is being conducted for CRRIs and PGs. This handbook
is intended for the students undertaking the Immediate Life Support Course.
It has been compiled indigenously by the department and will aid the students to
understand the protocols to be followed for a cardiac arrest or peri arrest situation.
The occasion was honoured by the presence of Saveetha University Chancellor Dr.N M Veeraiyan,
The book was released by the Chancellor along with the Saveetha Medical College Director
Dr. Saveetha Rajesh in the presence of the Dean. Copies of the book were handed over to the representatives of the CRRIs by the Chancellor.University Chancellor Dr. N M Veeraiyan and Director Dr. Saveetha Rajesh, gave their views on the bookand the need to increase such publications from every department.The HODs , Chiefs of Units and faculty members of various departments were present during the occasion.
